SHIPMENTS:

We try as far as possible to send goods on the same day that the order is registered. But some processing time must be taken into account.

Items we do not have in stock usually have to be produced, this will mean a slightly longer delivery time. This may vary depending on where the current we have is. Normal delivery time for products that need to be manufactured is 2-3 weeks from the order date. If you have any questions, just get in touch. 

Packages under 35 kg. sent as a service package that must be collected from the post office.

PAYMENT:

You can choose between 4 payment methods:

  1. Direct bank transfer. Transfer the money to the bank account, when the money has been received the order will be processed and you will receive a receipt/confirmation by email.
  2. Vipps (Norwegian customers). Pay to the tip number provided, when the money has been received the order will be processed and you will receive a receipt/confirmation by email.
  3. Klarna Checkout
  4. Inquiry – Invoice – International Customers. It is also an option to send a request for the goods, you will then be sent an invoice with the information you need to pay. When the money has been received, the order will be processed and you will receive a receipt/confirmation by email.

FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:

If you are going to make a trade and do not live in Norway, it is very important that you choose “Invoice – Inquiry – International Customers” as the shipping option and at checkout! This is to calculate the correct shipping to your destination. You might also be charged import taxes when the parts arrive in your country.

 

RETURN:

If you wish to return goods, you must first contact us by email, this must be done no later than 14 days before you have received the goods. Do not send these by cash on delivery.
